The company’s manufacturing premises for access scaffolding and formwork is located in Alrode, south of Johannesburg. The factory handles both tube and sheet products and operates on a 24hr shift.
The production process is organised to handle tube and sheet steel in separate streams, with a press area producing all the components for the manufacturing process, making this operation totally self-sufficient. The factory processes between 50 and 70 tons of steel product a day.
It draws most of its raw material directly from Augusta Steel, receiving deliveries of slit coils, tube and sheet steel daily.
